Privacy
Short version: your enquiry is used to answer your enquiry. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Who is responsible
MakaLife, run by Holly Pearson, Crieff, Perth and Kinross. Contact:holly@makalife.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, which workshop you are interested in, an approximate number of people, and your message. If you email directly, whatever is in that email.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange and run your workshop. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for answering an enquiry, and contract once a booking is made.
Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions before passing them on.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used here, so your browser requests those files from Google.
- Nobody else. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years, which is what tax rules require.
